Warranty Coverage:
All Timber Items:
5-year warranty against wood rot, termite attacks,
and manufacturing defects
Upholstered Items:
1-year warranty on fabric and a 5-year warranty on
the internal structure for manufacturing defects under normal use.
Hinges and Railings:
1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and
normal wear and tear under proper use.
Quartz, Granite, and Marble Tops:
Warranty applies only if a supplier warranty is
provided. This may vary depending on the stone's supplier.
Additional Accessories (e.g., Cutlery Trays, Plate Racks, Spice Pull-Outs):
Warranty coverage is dependent on the respective
mother company's warranty for these accessories. Möbel will adhere to these terms as
per the brand's policy.
Board Products (e.g., MDF, HDF, Melamine Types):
1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects
under normal use and conditions.
Warranty Exceptions
The following scenarios are not covered under
Möbel's warranty:
Customer Damage or Misuse:
Any damage caused by improper use, misuse, or
accidents, including but not limited to exposure to water, heat, or sharp objects,
is not covered.
Failure to Follow Care and Maintenance Guidelines
If the product is not used or maintained as
recommended by Möbel or the respective brand's guidelines, the warranty becomes
void.
Normal Wear and Tear
Gradual wear and tear due to aging, use, or natural
characteristics of the materials, such as color fading or changes in texture, are
not covered under the warranty.
Modifications or Repairs:
Any modifications or unauthorized repairs made to
the product void the warranty.
Environmental Conditions:
Damage caused by environmental factors, such as
extreme weather, humidity, or pests, beyond the control of Möbel, is not covered.
Improper Installation:
If furniture is improperly installed by anyone other
than Möbel-approved technicians, the warranty will not apply.
Force Majeure:
Möbel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this warranty if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or any other event that qualifies as force majeure.Claiming Warranty:
To make a warranty claim, please contact Möbel’s customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We may request photographs or an in-person inspection to determine the validity of the claim.Limitations of Liability:
Möbel’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of the affected item. Under no circumstances will Möbel be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.Additional Information:
