At Möbel, we strive to ensure that every piece of furniture you receive meets your highest expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items:
                                     
                                    Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made furniture, no refunds or exchanges will be
                                    provided once the manufacturing process has begun, unless the item is defective or
                                    damaged upon delivery.
                                
                                In-Stock/Ready-Made Items:
                                     If you are not fully satisfied with an in-stock
                                    item, you may request a return or
                                    exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original
                                    packaging, and in saleable condition.
                                    A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s price will apply for returns on in-stock
                                    items.
                                    Any transportation or return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except
                                    in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
                                
                                Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-built or bespoke furniture
Final sale or clearance items
Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
Mattresses, pillows, and any upholstered items with opened packaging
Defective or Damaged Items:
                                     
                                    If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its
                                    description, Möbel will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

                                     Full refund
                                
                                
                                     Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you
                                    believe your product is defective or damaged. Photos or videos may be required to
                                    assess the damage or defect.
                                
                                Refund Process
                                     
                                    Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original
                                    payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund
                                    to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
                                
                                Exceptions to Refunds and Returns
Change of Mind
                                     
                                    Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for items where the customer has changed
                                    their mind after delivery or based on aesthetic preferences (e.g., color, size,
                                    etc.).
                                
                                Incorrect Installation or Use
                                     
                                    No refunds or returns will be granted if the furniture has been installed or
                                    assembled incorrectly by the customer or an unapproved technician, or if the product
                                    has been misused in any way.
                                
                                Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders
                                     
                                    If you wish to cancel a custom order, cancellation must be done within 48 hours of
                                    placing the order. After 48 hours, custom orders cannot be canceled as the
                                    production process will have commenced.
                                
                                In-Stock Items
                                     
                                    Cancellation of in-stock items must be requested before shipment or delivery. Once
                                    the item has been dispatched, a 15% restocking fee will apply if the item is
                                    returned.
