Delivery Charges
• Separate Charges for Delivery:
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the furniture and will be clearly
indicated on the quotation provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
• Custom Deliveries:
For complex or oversized items requiring special
handling, additional delivery charges may apply. These will also be communicated
before finalizing the order.
Delivery Timeframe
• Notification at Time of Order:
At the time of placing the order, the customer will be informed of the estimated
delivery timeframe. This timeframe is dependent on product availability, production
schedules (for custom items), and the location of delivery.
• Standard Delivery Time:
Most items are delivered within 30 to 60 days from
order confirmation. Custom-made furniture may take longer depending on the scope of
the project. The specific delivery date will be arranged once the item is ready for
shipment.
Delays
While we strive to meet our promised delivery
schedules, please note that there may be slight delays due to:
Weather conditions,
such as rainy or stormy
weather that could impact transportation
Production
delays, particularly if there are last-minute changes or delays in
finalizing the confirmed drawings or specifications
Public holidays,
strikes, or transportation issues that could affect logistics
In the event of any delay, Möbel will notify the
customer as soon as possible and provide a new delivery estimate. We will work to
minimize any inconvenience caused by these delays.
Delivery Procedure
Pre-Delivery Contact
Our delivery team will contact you 24–48 hours
before the scheduled delivery date to confirm the time and any additional details.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that
someone is available to receive and inspect the furniture on the day of delivery.
Make sure the delivery
path is clear, and the room where the furniture will be placed is ready.
Room of Choice Delivery
For larger or custom furniture, Möbel offers
delivery to the room of your choice within your home, provided that it is safe and
accessible. Our team will handle the furniture with care to prevent any damage
during this process.
Rescheduling and Missed Deliveries
Rescheduling Delivery
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please
contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. We will arrange a
new delivery date based on availability.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available to accept delivery on the
agreed-upon date, there may be an additional charge for rescheduling and
re-delivery.
Inspection on Delivery
Immediate Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture for any
damages or defects while the delivery team is present. If any issues are found, they
should be reported immediately to the delivery team or to Möbel’s customer service.
Reporting Issues:
Any damage or defects noticed after the delivery
team has left must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this
period may not be covered under our warranty or return policy

with the delivery cost varying based on your location. We will confirm whether your
location is within our delivery range at the time of order.
Remote Areas:
Deliveries to more remote or hard-to-access
locations may require additional charges or longer delivery times. We will
communicate any such considerations before finalizing your order.
Force Majeure
Unexpected Delays
Möbel shall not be held responsible for any delays
or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not
limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or acts of government. We will
notify you promptly if such a situation arises and work to arrange delivery as soon
as possible.
